Your data is used solely to provide and improve Qaraji Garage services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is stored on secure Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure in the Singapore region. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Row Level Security ensures garages can only access their own data.
Qaraji Garage acts as a data processor on behalf of your garage (the data controller). Customer records are owned by your garage. We comply with UAE data protection regulations and maintain strict access controls.
Service records are retained for a minimum of 15 years in compliance with healthcare regulations. You may request data export or account deletion at any time by contacting us.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
