Can I change plans later?▼

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Settings page. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

What happens when I hit my customer limit?▼

You'll see a notification prompting you to upgrade. Existing customer records remain accessible, but you won't be able to add new customers until you upgrade.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?▼

Annual billing saves you 16.67% compared to monthly. You pay upfront for 12 months at the discounted rate. Monthly billing is pay-as-you-go with no long-term commitment.

Can I cancel anytime?▼

Absolutely. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?▼
